This policy explains what personal information Anaisa by Neha collects when you visit anaisabyneha.in, place an order or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order and to look after you as a customer.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, delivery and billing address, phone number, email address, the products you order, and your order history.

Measurements: if you ask for a customised fit, the body measurements you share with us so the outfit can be made to them.

When you contact us: your messages and any photos you send on WhatsApp or by email — including photos of sarees or dupattas you’d like us to upcycle.

If you create an account: your login details, saved addresses and past orders.

If you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.

If you leave a review: your name and the review, which will be published on the product page.

Automatically when you browse: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. See Cookies below.

Payments: card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with our payment provider, [PAYMENT PROVIDER — e.g. Razorpay]. We never see or store your full card or bank details.

How we use it

  • To make, pack, ship and deliver your order, and keep you updated on it
  • To make made-to-measure and upcycled pieces to your requirements
  • To answer your questions and provide support before and after purchase
  • To process payments, cancellations and any refunds due under our Refund Policy
  • To send you our newsletter, only if you have subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time
  • To keep the website secure, prevent fraud, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your measurements or photos for anything other than your own order unless you give us separate permission — for example, to feature an upcycling transformation on our website or social media.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the people who need it to fulfil your order or run the website:

  • Courier and delivery partners — your name, address and phone number, to deliver your parcel
  • Payment provider — to process your payment securely
  • Our karigars and workshop team — the details needed to make your piece, such as design and measurements
  • Hosting and technical providers — Hostinger hosts the website and its content delivery network, and our email service sends order emails
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy
  • Government or legal authorities — only where the law requires it

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to keep items in your bag, remember your wishlist, keep you signed in, and help the website load quickly. [If you add analytics such as Google Analytics, name it here.] You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though the bag and checkout will not work properly without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Measurements are kept so repeat orders fit consistently — ask us any time and we will delete them. Upcycling photos are kept only as long as needed for your order. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.

How we protect it

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, payments are handled by a secure payment provider, and access to customer information is limited to those who need it to fulfil orders. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.
